WHO is GoSHoTe?
My name is Alexandre Ramos, I was born in Switzerland and raised in the Canary Islands, Spain. I used to work as an opera tenor singer performing in Spain, France, Italy, Mexico and U.S. In 2021, I switched to pop music because I felt I had something to say to the world. I define myself as a multilingual crossover singer/songwriter, guitarist, and producer. @Goshotemusic has been presented in Spain, UK and Morocco.

It reflects a deep concern for nature and aims to inspire appreciation for the beauty that surrounds us, encouraging a more conscious connection with the world.
GoSHoTe performs acoustic shows accompanied by Spanish guitar. The repertoire is delivered with simple yet refined musicality. His voice avoids shouting, focusing instead on conveying deep emotional intensity. The setlist includes original songs, jazz standards, bossa nova, R&B, MPB, Caribbean, and French music.

The lyrics were written by Lucas Rigo Mendez (Espíritu Santo, Brasil) who inspires me with the texts he kindly shares with me. The music video was directed by Goshote, Deren Karaibrahim and Javier Arencibia and was filmed in Gran Canaria, Spain, where I met Deren (ft) and Javier. I really appreciate Deren and her time during the creation process. I also want to thank everyone supporting my music project @GoshoteMusic. Sometimes it is hard to keep on going with, but I do it for you all!

May 17, 2021 will be a very special day of my life. I finally released my first single.
The song titled in Portuguese "Eu Quero Ser uma Estrela do Mar", it is my debut as an author as well as a producer. I decided to introduce myself with a bossa nova, a genre in which I feel like a fish in water "never better said" for a song called "I wish I could be a starfish".
